Master in Economic Theory (Nova School of Business and Economics) and Graduation in Economics (Catholic Lisbon School of Business and Economics). Currently serving as the President of the Strategic Council for Foreign Direct Investment Attraction at CIP, Chairman of the Advisory Board at Optimize Investimento SGPS, and Chairman of the Strategic Council at FNWAY Consulting. Also, Vice-President of the Arab-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Vice-President of the Portugal-China Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Chairman of the General Assembly of the Portugal-Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In the past, held positions such as Chairman of the Board of Directors at TAP Air Portugal, Chairman and CEO of aicep Portugal Global (Portugal Trade and Investment Agency), Member of Parliament, Secretary of State for Treasury and Finance in the XV Constitutional Government, and served as a Teaching-Assistant at Catholic Lisbon School of Business and Economics and Nova School of Business and Economics, among other roles he performed.
