Luisa Anacoreta

Luisa Anacoreta has a PhD in Management from ISCTE (2009), a MSc in Economics from FEP (1999) and an Undergraduate degree from Portuguese Catholic University (1991), where she is now accounting professor and director of the Double Degree in Law and Management. She is professional auditor registered at OROC and CMVM.

At the moment she is non-executive director at the Portuguese firms Impresa and CTT, where she is too chairperson of the audit committee. She is non-executive director and member of the audit committee at the state-owned Banco Português de Fomento and non-executive director at Sierra IG, a hedge fund of Sonae, one of the largest Portuguese companies. As executive member of the Portuguese Accounting Standard Setter (CNC) she has a major role in the accounting profession and regulation in Portugal.

Luísa Anacoreta é doutorada em Gestão pelo ISCTE (2009), mestre em Economia pela FEP (1999) e licenciada pela Universidade Católica Portuguesa (1991), onde é atualmente professora de contabilidade e diretora da Dupla Licenciatura em Direito e Gestão. É auditora profissional registada na OROC e na CMVM.

Atualmente é administradora não executiva da Impresa e dos CTT, onde é também presidente da comissão de auditoria. É administradora não executiva e membro da comissão de auditoria do Banco Português de Fomento e administradora não executiva da Sierra IG, gestora de fundos da Sonae, uma das maiores empresas portuguesas. Como membro executivo da CNC, tem um papel importante na profissão contabilística e na regulação em Portugal.
